You want to give a good impression to the hiring manager. When writing a profile for a resume, there are certain things that you need to consider. Many professionals do not take these things into consideration and therefore do not give the recruiter a good impression.If you are a career changing individuals, your resume should include the type of employer you are going after. This is a very important part of the resume because it is an indication to the employer about the type of person that they are hiring. It is better to have a description that is specific to the employer rather than an unspecific one that is written for your own personal use.The best way to use is to write in bold letters in your full legal name with a Social Security number on the end. This means that your profile will be more readable than an entry that has a generic name and social security number. If you leave out the full name, you will make your profile harder to read as well.However, you must realize that you do not have to put your age on your resume. You will also need to explain how you met the employer or whether you were looking for employment or not. If the person asking for the information is interested in your education or experience, then this would be a good reason to add your education.Make sure that you use the time frame that is outlined on your resume and tell the hiring company about what career you have chosen. Also tell the person what your interest is in a career. You may find that this is a very valuable part of your profile as well.If your resume is a bit on the boring side, then you can always write in an outline. For example, you may have worked for ten years in the same job and it will look a lot better if you write about what you did during the first six years of your employment. This will help you look more appealing to the person reading your resume.
